You might like to know that Doctor is the fourth veterinarian in his family in
three generations. Starting with his great grandfather, Dr. Krull, a real "horse
and buggy" doctor who migrated to NE Nebraska early in the 20th century from
Albany, NY. Dr. Krull's two grandsons (his uncle and father) became DVMs in
the 30s & early 40s.
Now this oldcountryvet, who graduated in 1966, is ready to retire and there is
no one to follow. Doctor feels he owes it to his people to leave a guide to
veterinary care that is truthful and eliminates the increasingly unnecessary and
costly procedures that are becoming standard fare at modern veterinary
establishments.
The mission statement is to bring to the people truth in veterinary care,
tempered with common sense.
